We collect the booking details you provide (name, email, phone, dates and number of guests) to process and manage your stay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

We use your email to send your booking confirmation and any information needed for your stay. We do not sell your data. Calendar availability is synchronised with our listing channels (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) using anonymous date-only calendar feeds.

You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by emailing stay@oceanquaygreenock.com. Data controller: Waterfront Projects (Greenock) Limited.
