Booking terms & conditions

Booking & payment. Bookings are made through this website and paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

Check-in / check-out. Check-in is from 3pm, with 24/7 automated smart-lock access — arrive at any hour. Check-out is by 1pm. Self check-in instructions are sent before arrival.

Cancellation. Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in (full refund). Cancellations within 7 days of check-in, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. If we ever have to cancel your stay, you receive a full refund.

The accommodation. Rooms are let on a per-room or whole-apartment basis with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Maximum occupancy as stated per unit. No smoking; no parties or events.

Liability. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Waterfront Projects (Greenock) Limited is not liable for loss of personal belongings.
