Booking terms & conditions

Booking & payment. Bookings are made through this website and paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

Check-in / check-out. Check-in is between 2pm and 9pm. Check-out is by 1pm. Arrival instructions are sent before your stay. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements.

Cancellation. Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in (full refund). Cancellations within 7 days of check-in, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. If we ever have to cancel your stay, you receive a full refund.

The accommodation. Ocean Quay is a hostel. Rooms and self-contained units are let on a per-room or per-unit basis; room tiers share kitchen and bathroom facilities. Maximum occupancy as stated per unit. No smoking; no parties or events.

Liability. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Waterfront Projects (Greenock) Limited is not liable for loss of personal belongings.
